The restaurant offers the best of Alentejo’s cuisine with the contemporary interpretation of Chef Alexandre Silva, one of the leading chefs of the new generation, which in Marmoris creates dishes with authentic flavors using products from the fields surrounding Vila Viçosa.
The dishes are accompanied by an excellent wine list, with special emphasis on wines from Alentejo. The ex-libris of the restaurant is a large marble table made from a single block of stone that was discovered in the owners quarry.
